CRM content you add: Business card images and extracted contact text, voice recordings and transcripts, meeting notes, and chat or project session content you create.

Usage and diagnostics: Feature usage, performance events, and crash logs to keep the app reliable.

Device and app info: Device model, OS version, app version, language, and time zone.

Support content: Information you send to us when you request support or feedback.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Authenticate your account and keep sessions secure

• Provide core CRM features: business card OCR, voice transcription, meeting notes, and chat assistance

• Sync and store your CRM content so you can access it across devices

• Improve quality, performance, and accuracy of our services

3. Device Permissions

We request permissions only when needed for features:

Camera/Photos: Capture or upload business cards for OCR.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account information for your active account; CRM content (cards, transcripts, chat) until you delete it or close your account; support records and audit logs for required periods.

8. Children
